Seth Copeland is the CEO of Copeland Electric, a well-established electrical contracting firm based in Monroe, Louisiana. With over 54 years in business, Copeland Electric has built a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions for mission-critical, large industrial, and commercial projects throughout the Southeastern United States.
Since assuming the role of CEO in 2016, Seth has been instrumental in leading the company through continued growth, focusing on providing long-term employment opportunities while promoting a culture of safety, respect, and work-life balance for the company’s over 500 employees.
Seth’s leadership is shaped by his diverse background and commitment to excellence. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served from 1998 to 2005 with the 110th Mountain Division and the 25th Infantry Division in the Afghan theater. His military experience instilled in him values of discipline, teamwork, and resilience, qualities that continue to define his leadership approach at Copeland Electric.
Seth attended Louisiana Tech University, where he focused on business studies, equipping him with the knowledge and skills needed to steer Copeland Electric toward continued success. He is deeply committed to the professional and personal development of the company’s workforce, emphasizing the importance of trust, respect, and career growth.
Seth and his wife, Kelly, of Minden, Louisiana, are proud parents of four children—Katie, Caden, Carter, and Cora. The Copeland family resides in Monroe, where they are active members of Lea Joyner Methodist Church. Outside of work, Seth enjoys spending time in the outdoors and has a passion for the culinary arts.
