Emily Stogner is a media and communications professional with deep roots in Northeast Louisiana. After leaving the region for college and a successful early career, she returned home nine years ago with a passion for elevating her community through strategic storytelling and engagement. Her career spans sports and destination marketing, municipal government communications , and now her role at DPR Construction, where she works closely with community partners to strengthen connections between industry and local priorities.
She believes economic development is about creating opportunities that allow families to thrive and communities to flourish. With experience bridging corporate initiatives and civic engagement, combined with leadership roles in arts organizations such as Strauss Theatre Center and Region 8 Arts Council, Emily brings a unique perspective on how culture, business, and infrastructure work together to drive regional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, volunteering in local theater, traveling, and finding cozy corners to read wherever life takes her.
