Benjamin Stokes brings a strong background in healthcare BPO operations and large-scale project execution, with more than a decade of experience building systems, leading teams, and driving measurable results.
Through his work with HealthRecon Connect, he helped build and scale the company’s client onboarding program, establishing the framework used to transition new clients from contract to go-live. He developed detailed workflows, implemented tracking tools, and aligned global cross-functional teams to ensure accountability at each stage—resulting in faster implementations and improved client outcomes.
In addition to his operational responsibilities, he has played an active role in sales and business development, supporting new client acquisition and helping expand strategic partnerships to drive continued growth.
Alongside his wife, Dr. Kelsey Stokes, Benjamin is a small business owner in the companion animal industry. As Monroe natives, they always knew they wanted to build and grow businesses in their hometown. Dr. Stokes owns and operates two small animal veterinary clinics, and together they co-own Louisiana’s first aquamation (alkaline hydrolysis) facility, providing an alternative, environmentally conscious option for pet aftercare.
Benjamin is actively involved in the Northeast Louisiana community and is a member of the Delta Waterfowl – Northeast Louisiana Chapter and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Northeast Louisiana Chapter. He also serves as an Ambassador for the Monroe Chamber of Commerce.
In addition, he sits on the board of the Louisiana Delta Ballet, where he is a strong advocate for the arts and cultural development in the region.
Outside of his professional work, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsey, and their three children—Bennett, Catherine, and Bishop. He is also an avid waterfowl and upland hunter.
