Emma Wagner is the Communications Director at Louisiana Economic Development (LED), where she leads strategic messaging and media engagement efforts to promote business growth and economic opportunity across the state. An alumna of LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication, Emma brings a strong background in public communications and workforce development. Before joining LED in 2022, she worked with the Louisiana Workforce Commission—now Louisiana Works—where she helped coordinate marketing and public relations initiatives to get Louisianans back into the workforce in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
