Josh Etheridge, Owner and Chief Strategy Officer of EPC, is a recognized broadband industry expert with over 14 years of experience in industrial and construction fields. Born and raised in Columbia, Louisiana, Josh graduated from Caldwell Parish High School and earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science, specializing in Industrial Instrumentation and Industrial  Electronics, from Louisiana Delta Community College.

In 2016, alongside his brother Caleb, Josh co-founded EPC in West Monroe, Louisiana. Under their leadership, EPC has transformed into a dynamic, full-service broadband network consulting, design-build, and management firm. Employing over 100 in-house professionals and partnering with 200+ subcontractor employees daily, EPC’s broad expertise spans consulting, directional boring, plowing, splicing, engineering, permitting/design, aerial broadband deployment, and broad network design—offering end-to-end solutions from consultation through network design.

In 2024 alone, EPC constructed over 1,500 miles of infrastructure across Louisiana, utilizing federal, state, and private funding programs. Recognized with the Walter G. Bumphus Excellence Award by the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, Josh helped lead the development of innovative solutions incorporating virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) to address urgent workforce needs for broadband infrastructure builds. Since 2021, EPC has been a trusted partner of the LA Connect Office, providing invaluable expertise in deployment strategy and construction.
