Senior Vice President

Rick Guillot is a Senior Vice President at Origin Bank and serves as a Commercial Relationship Manager in the Northeast Louisiana Market and helps lead business development for Origin in Ouachita Parish. Rick started his banking career in March of 2013 after spending 3 years in public accounting and 4 years as a healthcare CFO.

 

Along with his banking responsibilities, Rick serves in leadership for a number of local organizations. In 2021, he was appointed by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury as a Commissioner for the Hospital Service District, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Advisors for Glenwood Regional Medical Center. He is the current Vice Chair of the West Monroe West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce and will serve as Chairman in 2026.

 

Rick also leads as the current President of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of NELA and has been a board member for 12 years. Over the past 4 years at BGC, Rick along with his brother Jordan have created a youth football league that now serves over 500 families each year.

 

Rick is a current Board Member and past Campaign Chair for the United Way of NELA, overseeing a campaign that raised over 3 million dollars for Northeast Louisiana in 2022. He is the former Chairman of the Board for The Wellspring Alliance and former Chairman of Med Camps of Louisiana. He had the fortune of serving as President of the West Monroe Civitan Club in 2017 when it opened the Smiles Park in West Monroe. Rick is also a former Board Member of the Louisiana Tech Alumni Association National Board of Directors.

 

He is heavily involved at West Monroe High School, where he served as a former President of the WMHS Foundation and led the Athletic Booster Club as President for 6 years. He has served as the “Voice of the Rebels” on the radio broadcast for West Monroe football and baseball since 2017.

 

Rick was honored as a Distinguished Alumni at West Monroe High in 2016 and was awarded the prestigious A.O. Evans Award from the West Monroe West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce in 2020.

 

Rick obtained a Master of Business Administration from LSU in 2007 after graduating from Louisiana Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. He’s been married to his wife Heather for 20 years and they have two sons, Brady and Jack.
