MONROE, La. (June 9, 2026) — Faith Technologies Incorporated™ (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing, and clean energy solutions, is expanding to Northeast Louisiana with an $80 million investment in Ouachita Parish that will create more than 200 jobs.
The company has begun construction on a new manufacturing facility in Monroe that is expected to be completed in spring 2027. The facility will support FTI’s Excellerate® brand, which specializes in modular electrical assemblies and energy solutions that enhance safety, productivity, and sustainability for industrial, energy, infrastructure, and technology projects across the country.
The new operation represents a significant addition to Northeast Louisiana’s growing manufacturing sector and will create a range of career opportunities for both experienced professionals and individuals entering the workforce. Initial hiring is expected to focus on foremen, superintendents, manufacturing leads, and skilled trades positions, with additional opportunities, apprenticeships, entry-level roles, and support functions added as the facility scales operations.

The project was made possible through the collaboration of numerous partners, including Louisiana Economic Development, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), Kevin Crosby of Lazenby & Associates, Superintendent Todd Guice, and the property owner. Working alongside local and regional stakeholders, these partners played a critical role in advancing the project and helping secure this significant investment for Ouachita Parish and Northeast Louisiana.
Local leaders also emphasized the project’s importance to Ouachita Parish and the broader regional economy.
