New website provides transparent, easy-to-understand insights into sales tax growth across Northeast Louisiana’s 10-parish region.
MONROE, La. — Grow NELA announced today the launch of NELAGrowth.com a first-of-its-kind regional data platform designed to give residents, businesses, elected officials, and community leaders a transparent look at the economic growth occurring across all Northeast Louisiana.
Created in partnership with Crenshaw Analytics, NELA Growth transforms complex tax collection data into an accessible, interactive experience that allows users to explore the economic momentum taking place throughout Grow NELA’s 10-parish region. The platform serves Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union, and West Carrol parishes, providing both a regional overview and parish-specific insights.
Unlike traditional reports that can be difficult to interpret, NELA Growth allows users to visualize where economic activity is occurring, and how sales tax collections have changed over time.
Visitors can explore data at multiple levels, including:

The launch comes as Northeast Louisiana continues to experience unprecedented economic investment, with major industrial projects, workforce expansion, and business growth generating measurable impacts across the region. The growth in Northeast Louisiana is a part of the more than $150 billion in new investment recruited by Louisiana Economic Development in the last two years. NELA Growth provides a centralized location where those changes can be tracked over time using publicly available tax data presented in an easy-to-understand format.
Grow NELA will update the platform quarterly to ensure the data remains current and relevant. New updates will also be highlighted through Grow NELA’s social media channels, encouraging residents to revisit the site and follow the region’s continued progress.
