Grow NELA Adds Brandon Welch for Business Development Role

MONROE, Louisiana – Grow NELA is pleased to announce a new partnership with Brandon Welch, who has been contracted to serve as the organization’s Business Development Manager. With extensive experience in business development, project management, and community leadership, Welch is set to support Grow NELA’s mission of fostering economic growth and attracting new businesses to Northeast Louisiana.

In this capacity, Welch will support efforts to retain, expand, and attract businesses to the region. His expertise in strategic planning and cultivating partnerships between the public and private sectors will strengthen the region’s economic landscape and further position Northeast Louisiana as a prime destination for business investment.

Brandon Welch is a Certified Neighborhood Developer with a profound expertise project planning, business development and sustainable economic growth. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the WMWO Chamber of Commerce and is an active board member of the Louisiana Delta Community College Foundation, The Living Well Foundation, and the Monroe Housing Authority. Recognized for his exceptional contributions to community as well as business growth, Brandon was honored as one of theTop 20 Under 40 business professionals in Northeast Louisiana in 2023.
