Grow Nela, through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), is seeking a qualified environmental consulting firm to provide grant application assistance, project management, environmental inventory and assessment, and public information and outreach services related to a United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Brownfield Assessment Grant, as part of the U.S. EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant Competition expected to be announced later this year.
